REVISION POLICY & SCOPE 1. INCLUDED REVISIONS This agreement includes 2 round(s) of revisions at no additional cost. A "revision" is defined as a set of changes communicated in a single, consolidated feedback document or message. 2. REVISION PROCESS - Client will provide all revision requests in a single consolidated message per round. - Partial or piecemeal feedback sent across multiple messages will be counted as one revision round. - Each revision round has a turnaround time of 3 business day(s). 3. ADDITIONAL REVISIONS Beyond the 2 included round(s), additional revisions will be subject to additional fees as agreed upon by both parties. 4. WHAT CONSTITUTES A REVISION - Minor adjustments to existing content (color corrections, text changes, timing adjustments) - Does NOT include: complete concept changes, new creative direction, additional deliverables, or scope expansion - Major changes or new concepts will be treated as new deliverables and quoted separately. 5. APPROVAL & FINAL DELIVERY - If no revision requests are received within 7 business days of delivery, the content is considered approved. - Final approved content will be delivered in the agreed-upon format(s).
